2019-2025 Toyota Rav4 Custom Phantom Fit Enclosure

This is a compact Toyota Rav4 enclosure, phantom fit – 2019-2025.  Our Phantom Fit Toyota Rav4 box was designed to fit on the passenger rear side of the trunk and maintain a perfect stealth look. Do not lose any of the space available in the car. This box will house an 8″, 10″ or 12″ sub-woofer without sacrificing any trunk space at all.  Fits woofers up to 4.7″” deep. (We can add more faces to accommodate a deeper woofer). This is one of the best solutions for a Toyota Rav4 Subwoofer Install!

We can vary the size of the enclosure from 0.2-0.5 cubic feet. This is the best Toyota Rav4 Enclosure EVER! We build individual “ribs” out of 3/4” MDF, glue them together with the most expensive wood glue on the market (the glue is actually stronger than the wood once it’s dry) and then we fiberglass resin the inside of the enclosure to seal it and strengthen it to the max! These are the most solid best built strongest enclosures on the market. Not prefabs. Each one is custom built on our in house CNC right here in Jacksonville, FL.  Mount your amplifiers under the front seats for a complete stealth look.

Designed and fabricated right in the USA! Our enclosures are all CNC Machine cut to ensure an exact fit every time! Designed by installers with a combined 110 years of experience in the audio field.  Each enclosure is put together with the highest grade materials. Layers are held together by a wood bonding agent, and after it is built the enclosure is coated on the inside with a fiberglass resin to completely seal the porous wood!

We went all out on this 2023 Toyota RAV4 with a clean, stealthy, and high-performance audio build that keeps the factory look but delivers far-from-factory sound. 🔊 Subwoofer System We built a custom stack fab enclosure in the rear cargo area, fully integrated and space-efficient, housing a single Audiomobile GTS2110 10” subwoofer. This sub features a low Fs and is optimized for sealed or compact enclosures, delivering tight, accurate bass with excellent low-end extension. ✅ You can purchase the subwoofer enclosure here: 👉 www.Store.audiodesignscg.com We powered the sub with a Sony XM-GS100 monoblock amplifier, delivering up to 600W RMS at 2 ohms. It’s compact, efficient, and perfectly matched to the GTS2110. 🔉 Mid & High Frequency System For the front stage, we installed Audio Dynamics CS614 6.5” component speakers, known for their clarity, smooth response, and high power handling. In the rear doors, we added Audio Dynamics CX614 coaxials to keep the surround balanced and dynamic. These were powered by the Sony XM-GS4 4-channel amplifier, rated at 70W RMS x4 at 4 ohms—clean, detailed power with excellent control. 🛠 Custom Fabrication To mount the speakers perfectly, we designed and cut custom 1” thick expanded PVC brackets using our in-house CNC machine. These mounts are waterproof, durable, and precision-fit for the RAV4’s doors—no rattles, no flex, just clean performance. 🎛 DSP Tuning & Control To bring it all together, we installed an Audio Dynamics DSP-46AT—a 6-channel DSP with 4-channel output and integrated amplifier—offering detailed tuning, time alignment, and EQ customization. For easy control, we mounted the DSP-KC Stealth Dual Knob Controller, giving the client quick access to volume, sub-level, and presets without cluttering the dash. 🔇 Sound Treatment We applied SoundShield sound deadening to all four doors.
